Content and physical description

Content	Edwin Langenegger writes that in November last year they contacted the Czech embassy in Switzerland to speed up the succession proceedings for Mrs Martinů. On 14 April 1961 they received a reply that no news had yet arrived from Prague. In the meantime, Dr. Streuli had the opportunity to speak in Paris with Vladimír Fořt of the Protective Union of Authors, whom he asked for assistance in the succession proceedings. In addition, during his visit to Prague, the ChM commissioned Dr. Kraus and Dr. Bozdech to defend their interests in Czechoslovakia. They asked Harry Halbreich to keep them informed of the ongoing situation in this matter and to let them know when they could be of assistance to ChM.
