Content	Edwin Langenegger believes that the free use of the score "INKANTANCE" is more of an administrative nature than a legal one. He asks the addressee to reply directly to Mr Firkušný to his question concerning the score and orchestral material of 'INKANTANCE'. He encloses a copy of his letter of 29 July 1960 and his reply of 8 August 1960. He informs that Mrs. [Charlotte] Martinů has not yet given instructions to RF, as she said yesterday.
