Content and physical description
ContentThe reviews [of the performance of the Military Symphony] are very good, but they are few. [Alois] Hába would like it to be delayed until the end [of the ISCM festival], that is, until Friday. But London is expensive and Bohuslav Martinů doesn't want to add too much to Václav Kapral's expenses, so they will probably leave on Wednesday. Yesterday they had dinner with friends of BM [Jakubíček?] and then drove around London with them. On Saturday they were at the zoo and in the evening wandered around old London. But they missed Isha Krejci's concert, which was in the afternoon. On Sunday, they saw more sights and in the afternoon they were at the British Museum where they met the "Hooks". In the evening they were at the Opera House.
