Content and physical description
ContentPaul Fromm asks Anne Hammes for a personal favour. PF longs for a recording [meaning the recording of the concert at which the world premiere of THE CLAIR CONCERT No. 4 INCANTATION was performed on 4 October 1956], but knows he will not be able to get it through the standard route. It is possible, however, that the record company will pick up the concerto [meaning the recording of the concerto] at the WNYC recording studio and sell it to PF. PF guarantees that there will be no commercial exploitation of it. PF hopes that AH understands his desire to release the recording to his friends in Chicago. He would personally pay for everything. Can he rely on AH?
