ContentImmediately after the phone call with Paul Fromm, Anna Hammes received a phone call from Mrs. Siegel, the secretary at WNYC,
that the station had been unable to obtain a union permit to broadcast the October 4 concert [the concert featured the world premiere of THE CLAIR CONCERT No. 4 INCANTATION]. Therefore, the concert will be removed from the radio station's schedule. Is PF sure that "Voice of America" will record the concert?
