Content	Paul Fromm writes to Jerome Toobin that the offer of publication has been exhausted [presumably in connection with the concert on 4 October 1956 at which Martinů's KLAVIER'S CONCERTO No. 4 INKANTATION was premiered], but that he is happy to donate up to 500 copies of the Symphony, which he can provide within a few days. He will be very happy to be of assistance.
