ContentA letter sent to multiple recipients inviting them to an upcoming concert. Since the addressee had requested tickets for a previous Fromm Music Foundation concert in May 1955 and due to capacity reasons his request could not be granted, the FMF now invites the addressee to attend a scheduled concert on October 4, 1956, at which the Symphony of Air under Leopold Stokowski will perform four new works commissioned by the FMF. Pianist Rudolf Firkušný will be the soloist. World premieres of works by Bohuslav Martinů [PIANO CONCERT No. 4 INCANTATION], Robert Helps and Bernhard Heiden, and the New York premiere of a new work by Leon Kirchner will be presented. Tickets may be ordered by the addressee from the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, until September 18, 1956.
