Content and physical description
ContentVladimír Ševčík writes to the Ministry of Culture that Charlotte Martinů will arrive in Czechoslovakia on 28 September 1974 together with Didier Duclos, director of Boosey & Hawkes. HE asks for consideration of a suitable reception by the Ministry while ChM is in Prague. He will probably go to Brno on arrival and return to Prague after the last concert of Bohuslav Martinů's works, which is scheduled for 6-7 October 1974. He will depart no later than 10 October 1974. The HEI again asks for consideration of the level of reception and appeals to the Ministry to take into account the importance of the matter and to consider the presence of a representative of the Ministry at the welcome at the airport.
