Content and physical description
ContentWladimir Lakond responds to Bohuslav Martinů's question about paragraph 5 of the payment contract, which refers to the first 250 copies of the work. He explains that this is not free distribution. The distribution referred to by him refers only to copies sent free of charge for the purpose of advertising and promotion. He is pleased that BM has completed RYTINY and that he has sent it to the members of the Louisville Orchestra. He is asking for one copy of the piece. They are also sending a duplicate of the contract for this piece. They would like to publish a 6x9 inch orchestral score. They are also sending a duplicate contract for BERGERETTES. BM will receive royalties on each copy sold. WL asks for a certified signature on all contracts sent. They are also looking forward to INTERMEZZO.
