Content and physical description
ContentFrom the early 1970s, Lippold Gerd and his wife [Hannelore Gerd] belonged to Charlotte Martin's circle of friends, whom they often visited in Vieux Moulin. ChM often spoke of them [the Novaks] and urged the Lippolds to get to know the Novaks. She even gave them Jan Novak's address when they were still staying in Riva del Garda, however they had since moved to Germany and so he had difficulty tracking down their new address. He would have loved to make contact with the Novaks. GL briefly describes that he teaches at the grammar school in Cuxhaven, is interested in music and is a great admirer of Bohuslav Martinů, whose music he promotes.
