Content	Affidavit of Charlotte Martinů declaring that she is the widow of Bohuslav Martinů and, according to his last will and testament of 11.11.1958, is the sole heir to all his property of whatever nature, including rights to royalties and rights to his compositions. Another heir could have been BM's sister Marie Martinů, but she died before BM in May 1959. This declaration obliges Boosey & Hawkes, Associated Music Publishers, Southern Music Publishing and ASCAP to remit henceforth all royalties from BM's compositions to ChM's account with Sarasin Bank in Basel.
