ContentKarel Šebánek did not know that Marenka [Marie Martinů] was in hospital. He hopes it was nothing serious. Bohuslav Martinů was right about the publishing house. Jan Hanuš did not even put BM's compositions on the list published by SNKLHU for Christmas 1953, while exchanging pleasant letters with BM. KS will take up a new post after the establishment of the State Music Publishing House, for the time being he is still in the same low-paid position. KS encloses a translation of Igor Belza's book, the source of his interest in BM's return. If they need anything, they are to write. If they lack money, they will try to find some.
