ContentKarel Šebánek thanks for the letter of 8 November 1952 and informs that on the basis of an inter-ministerial meeting, Bohuslav [Martinů] will be allowed to transfer the copyright to the American copyright company ASCAP from 1 January 1953, with the proviso that permission will be sought retroactively from 1 January 1952, so as not to lose royalties for the past year. KS does not have any information on the transfer of BM money to the foreign account at this time. The State Bank has still not received a settlement for the money transferred by Orbis.
