Content	From Dr. Butter [Oskar Butter] Miloš Šafránek learned that Josef Schieszl was coming to Paris and therefore offered him his services. He also discusses the situation regarding financial support for Bohuslav Martinů from the Office of the President of the Republic. MS describes the financial and artistic situation of BM and why it is beneficial for the composer to continue to stay in Paris. He names a number of members of the Ecole de Paris. MS also mentions a previous application that ended up being rejected by the Ministry of Education. He asks JS if any support could be given to BM in this matter. It should be about 1000 fr per month.
