Stručný obsahDr. E. Langenegger informs Schott about the fact, that now SUISA deals on behalf of Charlotte Martinů with the matters of Bohuslav Martinů´s inheritance. Regarding to this he asks for treatment of the following two issues:

1) Concerning the letters of Schott to BM of 08.04.1959 and 16.07.1959 (sign "T/Hä/co."): According to CM´s statements the promised settlement amounts for the first and second quarter periods did not arrive on the bank account yet.

2) CM requests a control of the money transfers for material costs in 1959 and 1960 as well as the invoice for participation from July 1958 to the end of June 1959.

Schott may transfer the amounts, unless not yet payed, to the bank account of CM.
