Content	[Josef] Šíma offers condolences to Charlotte Martinů. He learned the news of Bohuslav Martinů's death from American radio stations and also from Josef Brumlik. On 28 August an article about BM appeared in Le Monde, which JŠ had commissioned. He plans to keep all the articles. He hasn't heard about BM's death on French radio yet, but that's probably because everyone is talking about Dwight David Eisenhower and politics.
