ContentBohuslav Martinů thanks Josef Hutter for the reminder and with remorse sends one contribution and asks for early publication and as few cuts as possible. He informs JH that he is on his feet and hopes to write more interesting things soon and that JH will be satisfied. BM is doing well apart from financial problems. BM hopes to surprise JH soon with news that will satisfy him, these are big things, but he doesn't want to go into that for now, nothing is certain yet. He asks that a greeting be sent to Josef Kodicek. He hopes to see him in Prague in July and of course they will talk. He has heard that JH was in Paris, but he does not believe it because JH might have sought him out. BM gives his address as 54 Rue d'Assas, Paris 6.
