ContentThis is a termination of the representation agreement. On the basis of a request from Bohuslav Martinů last year, the termination of the contract for representation of the works of BM was discussed and a decision was made to accept the termination and the representation relationship was terminated as of 31 December 1952. The letter concludes by saying that the termination of the representation relationship has already been communicated to the copyright societies organized in CISAC, BIEM and ASCAP.
