ContentConcept for an amendment to the as yet unsigned treaty between Dilia and Alkor [Bärenreiter] on Mirandolin [see Bär 1959-05-27]. Dilia is to have the right to borrow not only from Czechoslovakia but also from "people's democratic" countries. She should have as high a discount on the retail price for scores made by Alkor as Alkor has for scores made by Dilia [see its supplement to the general contract of 19-9-1958].
