ContentContract between Boosey & Hawkes and Orbis for the representation of works by Bohuslav Martinů. Orbis assigns to B&H the exclusive rights to BM works published by Orbis for Commonwealth countries, the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central and South American countries. Similarly, B&H assigns to Orbis the exclusive rights to BM works published by B&H for Czechoslovakia, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria. The terms of cooperation are set out. The contract is for five years. Unless terminated, it will then be extended indefinitely.
