ContentDr. E. Langenegger from SUISY informs Rudolf Firkušný that Charlotte Martinů has become a member of the SUISY by virtue of her inheritance from Bohuslav Martinů. They have learned from the Fromm Music Foundation that BM and RF have entered into an agreement regarding the operation and royalties from the CONCERT FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA No. 4 - RF will have the exclusive operating rights for a certain period of time and will pass on royalties to BM and his heirs. Could RF send a copy of this agreement to the sender as well as a summary of BM's account? What are RF's plans for this work?
