ContentPaul Fromm responds to the letter of 8.6.1960. They never claim the rights to the works they have commissioned. According to PF, Bohuslav Martinů and Rudolf Firkušný established an agreement between themselves, according to which Firkušný had exclusive operating rights for a certain period of time and passed royalties to Martinů and his heirs. As Adolf Streuli knows, Martinů and Firkušný were close friends. He therefore suggests contacting Firkušný directly and gives the contact details of his representative agency.
