Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů received a letter from Charlotte Martinů, he would like to be with her at a concert of Czech music. On Monday morning he will meet with [Jan] Masaryk and will appeal to him to help [with the return of ChM to the States]. Recommends that ChM ask the Embassy to meet with [Jaromir]
Nosek and leave Staigenhof aside.
BM will send a telegram as soon as he has news of the strikes. He will meet with [Jan] Svec today,
he may have more information. Suggests that ChM come by American steamer, even if she has to wait a few days longer, she certainly should not go by small steamer. ChM is to tell the Embassy that she will pay for the boat ticket. She should tell JM that they could give her a ticket from [Vladimir] Clementis.
