Content and physical description
Content1) As the newly appointed "commissioner" of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra, which is also making an official appeal, he would like to know which of his new compositions they can count on for the next season. 2) Whether BM would take part in the international festival [Prague Spring] in May and which of his compositions he would prefer to have performed there. 3) As editor of Tempo, he asks for an article on his activities and fortunes during the war. The article can be as long as possible, it can be published separately as a separatist and possibly prepared journalistically as an interview with Dr. [Jan] Löwenbach. Please supply the article and photograph as soon as possible. 4) Stanislav Novák has died and FB has been commissioned by Karl Novák to compile the proceedings. FB cannot imagine this without BM's contribution and asks him to pledge to participate. The scope of the article is unlimited, and there is no deadline, but it is advisable to deliver it within a span of two months. By then, perhaps there will be an opportunity to welcome BM here? And would he like to write a memorial feature on Vítězslava Kapralová for Tempo? Credited return address.
