ContentŠtefan Osuský proposes, on behalf of the Foreign Administration, that the Czechoslovak National Committee appoint Bohuslav Martinů, Rudolf Firkušný and Hugo Haas as advisers to the National Committee with a remuneration of 2000 francs per month. These artists, who live in France, are generally without means, and it is most desirable that they should be materially provided for and that their advice and experience should be used.
