ContentBM tells the reasons why he will not come to the 1st Prague Spring Festival and why he changed his visa to the status of an emigrant.He explains his negative view of the attitude of the official circles of Czechoslovakia towards his person, especially the lack of interest in him from these people, and mentions the impact of the same on his financial situation and psyche. If this situation continues, he is considering applying for American citizenship. CM is going to France in June to seek manuscripts of BM's compositions.
