P.S. They have just received a request for a PREPARATION. Apparently it is the piece commissioned many years ago by The High School of Music and Art which B&H ChM returned. GS is asking ChM if Artia has it. GS has tried contacting Associated Music Publishers and Southern Music, but to no avail.
