Content and physical description
ContentBoosey & Hawkes, London said that they have found the transparencies of the parts for SYMPHONY NO. 4. They were deposited at the “Production Department”, not at the “Rental Department”. Yet they are in a poor condition and cannot be counted with as suitable for possible reproduction. Nevertheless, at the library [in NY] they have a set of materials that are available for performance purposes.
