Content and physical description
ContentČeněk apologizes for not having spoken for a long time - at his age he had various health problems. He thanks BM for the joy with which he composed the toast. The text was first written by Jan Janele, but Čeněk had it edited by Em. Sobíšek, a Czech language teacher, who adapted the text. Čeněk then set the text to music. The performance of the toast was directed by J. Maděra (director of the B. Martinů Music School in Poolička) and is said to have been a great success.
