Content and physical description
ContentJosef Schieszl responds to BM's letter of 3.11.1935 (ID 4934). BM is to apply for the position of professor of composition at the master school of the state conservatory, various documents are to be included, everything is to be stamped. Since BM cannot get stamps in Paris, the application is to be sent to him (Schieszl), he stamps it and submits it. He is also to enclose (and stamp) BM's CV and a list of BM's compositions. Submission of critiques is not required, but can only be helpful in BM's case. There is no point in submitting a separate application to the Ministry, only to the Conservatoire, which will then submit the application to the Ministry itself. Schieszl asks BM to send him the application as soon as possible and to contact his acquaintances who are in contact with professors of the Prague Conservatory. For example, Talich himself is a professor. Schieszl will go to Rector Hoffmeister, BM is to write what he thinks about it. BM will have competitors in Křička and Karel.
