ContentBarbara Vötterle informs Bohuslav Martinů that she intends to publish a new book of songs for mixed choirs in the coming months, which will include works by Bartók, Bialas, Burkhard, David, Distler, Hindemith, Orff and others. He asks if BM owns any compositions that could be included in the publication, and specifies that the collection will only include works with secular themes for mixed choirs, for at least three voices. The piece should not be too long and may be more difficult.
