Content and physical description
ContentBohuslav Martinů sends packages to the Philharmonic and Václav Talich. He entices him to come to America, he will try to talk to Sergei A. Koussevitzky so that he can conduct the Boston orchestra, he will write to the Swiss [Sachers], maybe even to Paris for the radio - he will try to help him change his environment and come up with other ideas. He would like to come to Prague in May for the festival, but there are still problems with passports and visas. He has a lot of obligations in America. He will be teaching composition on a course in Berkshire this summer. VT is to write to him as much as possible about himself and his plans so that BM can arrange for him to conduct abroad.
