ContentPaul Sacher thanks Ulrich Uchtenhagen for his letter of 8 July and for the photocopies of the BM documents. He is glad to have received them, because alongside the BM correspondence they are an important source for understanding the composer and his work. He is also pleased at the prospect of meeting UU with some regularity in the future on the Martinů Foundation's board. They must then consider carefully how they will make the manuscripts available - perhaps they could organise an occasional exhibition.
