ContentHe didn't have time to write back, he was moving. He doesn't know why Principal Káan won't sign his report card, but he has to give it to him because he has finished all his exams. He'll stay in Prague and teach for a living. He has finished his work (?), shows it to Suk and tries to assign it. He would like to get a job as a bandmaster. He can take the state exams in violin, piano and composition, which correspond to the exams at the conservatory. He wants to ask the Kapellmeister Zuna to take him to rehearsals at the [National] Theatre - he wants to get to know the practice. He will have a hard time at the beginning, but perhaps he will publish some compositions with Urbánek. Thanks for everything. He has to please his parents.
