ContentNote: This document was probably sent to the addressee sometime during August 1971 - it is uncertain whether it was sent separately or attached to one of the letters from that period.

It consists of the writer's excerpts from the first six issues of a magazine called Plans, and partial notes or observations on selected articles, as well as comments on the positions taken by the journalists of this magazine on the subjects in question.

The document has been numbered by the librarian - in pencil at the bottom of the leaves, the number is given between brackets.

The document should be divided into two parts - Part 1, sheets 1-19 ; Part 2, sheets 20-33. The two parts are structurally identical, but there are numerous differences in their content.

First, the writer gives basic information about the periodical: the Plans Review, initially a monthly, eventually published bimonthly, with the subtitle: Organ of Doctrine and Action. It was published in January 1931, and in 1933 it was renamed Bulletin du Groupe Plans. Director: Jeanne Walter ; editor-in-chief: Philippe Lamour ;editorial committee: Hubert Lagardelle, Le Corbusier ; Francois de Pierrefeu ; Pierre Winter.
The writer then proceeds chronologically and reports on each issue.
