Content and physical description
ContentDr. Ernst Roth is away for two weeks, therefore this letter is written by his secretary. She sends thanks for the letter dated 4 April [1958], confirms that Sylvia Goldstein [from Boosey & Hawkes, New York] does not have any rights to and obligations concerning MIRANDOLINA, they [in London] do not have either, hence Bohuslav Martinů retains the rights. Today, they are sending 2 scores + 2 performance materials for the CONCERTO FOR PIANO AND ORCHESTRA [No. 3.] and a copy of the score of MIRANDOLINA, which has just arrived. They will send the other materials as soon as they have received them. BM should inform them if he changes his address.
