Charles Munch intends to perform the work in this season - and should the addressee arrive at a positive decision, it would be best to publish the piece now. BM has received a letter from Louis Krasner – the addressee spoke to him in London about the CONCERTO FOR VIOLIN AND ORCH. NO. 1. The writer’s departure for Prague has been planned for 9 March.
